Same Paint?

I was wondering, is the paint from a 1997 vs statesman and a 1999 vs series 3 caprice are the same colour/code

the paint code is H099 (on the 99 caprice)

im looking at buying a new door, from the pics it looks to be the same colour, but dont want to go buy it (off ebay) and find its a different shade of silver
