Samsung S6 and Mylink

Hi All,
Recently noticed mylink will not accept voice recognition from my S6 to make calls. It will accept numbers but not names. Same thing with My sons S8. An Apple mobile works fine.
Not sure if the latest Samsung update caused the issue.
I deleted the all phones from mylink and tried to re connect. Never got an option to download contacts into system.
Any suggestions?

With my S7 I had an issue where the contacts would not sync with MyLink. The only thing that fixed it was a factory reboot of the S7. Everything was synced to Google, so it wasn't a huge issue.

However it makes a huge difference being able to use voice recognition to call contacts by name.

My S6 on latest Android 7 firmware works fine with voice commands, including saying contacts' names. Sorry can't help only to say mines ok.
