Remember how I said I wanted one of these utes? I couldn't wait any longer so I got one to see me out of my Ps.

VZ S pac 6 speed manual, hardlid, ended up putting the same wheels as you on, VE SS series 2. Pretty fun cars, can't wait to get an SS :D

I've had it for 6 months and I've only got 2 more months until my full license so it'll be for sale soon :p

I already lowered it on king springs low.. it's heaps better than stock and doesn't scrape at all.. plus can tow the boat no problems

Maaan don't say that now. Spent half an hour on google images last night and decided I liked the standard one slightly better as they look less bulky and don't sit up so high.

And yes other ute will get cammed in due course

I reckon the bulkyness to them makes them better , like more lines so it doesnt look to plain . And makes it look like the ve hard lid a little. And you get that mini duck tail spoiler on the back edge

I hate the look of the VE lids haha. Does look real nice on yours though, still thinking the standard though.

Twin hump is much better :p As long as the locks are on the top, not the big bulky lock at the back.

Flat looks so much cleaner, I'm not a fan of the twin either..

Do what you like. I personally like the twin hump. but smooth looks clean too. Anything is an upgrade from a soft tonneau.

Yeah just waiting on a good deal to come up and to see some in person to make up my mind. In no real rush, would just like it for summer to go surfing with.

Hopefully you can snap one up, they definitely make the car stand out!

I'm a fan of both slimeline and twin humps, but as long as you don't get one with those ugly locks at the back I'm sure you'll love it haha.

Not a lot happening on this just being my daily really, still on the lookout for a hardlid and mainly focusing on the other cars. Did manage to pick up a mint set of SS leather seats for $500 this week though. So out with the old and in with the new-ish. They feel great but even are I'd say about 2" taller than the old seats, I'm used to basically sitting on the floor so still getting used to being so high up haha.
Old blue seats are still in real good nic and up for sale if anyone wants em, will let them go cheap, they take up so much room.
