Finally got it lowered a couple of weeks ago with Bilsteins and H&R springs. So much nicer to drive now than it was before.

These goodies arrived for me on monday and gave them a test run last night. The snow foam is so much fun to use and removes the main muck really easily. The Dodo red mist gives a realy nice shine too, only thing is it smells like medicine.

Not a great deal more happening with the car, though I am getting more used to using the snow foam. Got a good workout removing the colony of bugs that resided on my front bumper after my trip to Port Fairy a couple of weeks back. Also finally git the chance to try out the meguiars DA polisher out to. Used it to apply some Bowdens wax to the bonnet. Was a little odd to use at thw start but got easier quickly. It was a not always the easiest to keep the drill upright but theres not too much that can be changed there with it being a drill attachment. Either way was much quicker and easier than hand waxing and gave a good even result (pic is grainy as I ran out of light).

This is the reason I normally reverse in everywhere, cleared the curb by about 4mm.

In the last few days I finally got round to replacing the RF bumper mount, its always been dodgy and caused the bunper to sag and you can see the difference between the old and the new the old had a fair bit missing as well as having a 2 inch fencing screw holding the bumper into it. So the sag is a bit better so I can get into my driveway properly again, though I want to try and pull the bar up a bit further as its still a bit saggy.

Whist doing the oil pressure sender the other day gave the bay plastics a degrease and a go of 303 Aerospace, came up a treat with minimal time and effort. Also for referece to remove the oil pressure sender you need a deep 27mm socket

That is a beautiful ute mate. Well done. I love your approach. Genuine Holden wheels. Lowered properly not just slammed for the sake of it. A few well executed personal touches and take the time to keep it in mint condition is all it takes to really set it apart from the crowd.

Would love to see more guys your age treating their Holden's like this.

Top work.
