I have a 2014 VF SV6 Ute. It lacks satnav. Can I purchase and install a Holden satnav from another model VF? All help and replies appreciated!

Answer to the original question is "yes", but kleanphil's suggestion is still probably the easiest & most effective way to go though.

Dunno if that the thread referred-to mentions it; Alpine sells a complete replacement unit which also gets you a much nicer & larger touch-screen, but it costs $3k & I doubt many people will see that much value in it!
