If thats the case, they kept it a pretty good secret. The boy is a good friend of my older daughter, they have spent a lot of time together, and in fact she is quite traumatised and not at school after a counsellor sent her home. She doesnt know the victim quite as well, but is friendly with her. She knows nothing of any relationship. The guy is a quiet. slightly nerdy straight A student, has not been bullied and in fact has a wide circle of friends. My daughter seems more concerned about the boy than the girl to be honest. Its obvious he snapped for some reason, no doubt we will discover more when the girl returns to school. My daughter is of the opinion at this stage that the girl was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, and was not selected as a victim as such. The boy apparently has just lost the plot as far as I can tell.
Dakster, To have your daughter go through this would be killing you. Im sorry to hear it bud. ANd just to clarify why UW1SH made that comment, was because thats what the media had reported. I hope your girl is copping ok, as well as you guys as her parents. I would hate to see my girl go through that. Cheers Scott
