Has your car been lowered by any chance?

What you're experiencing is common. The bushes in the rear of your car are flogged out.

Basically when you load up or lower your Ute the live rear end will favour one side of the car. So as it gets loaded the body of your Ute actually moves slightly to the right, closing the gap between the left wheel and left wheel arch. This is also the reason my you only hear and feel it scrape when you turn right because the use shifts to the left.

If you head outside and run your hands between the wall of your tyre and the inner guard and measure it by feel, you will notice a bigger gap on the RHS.

The best way to fix this is to replace the bushes but all I did was remove the rear left wheel and beat the Christ out of the inner wheel arch with a rubber mallet. You will see where its been scraping as it will be shiny silver.

Get new bushes, not control arms..

The reason its moving is because the bushes are not keeping the control arms in their spot...

    Cheers
