I took the passenger seat out of the car yesterday as someone ripped the back puch and i needed it off to fix it, unplugged the wire that is connected to the seat belt system, took the ouch off, plugged everything back in, now about 10 seconds after starting the car the light is coming on. Is there a way i can clear it or do i have to take it to Holden and get ripped off?

You'll have to take to holden to clear it. You should disconnect the battery before you unplug anything like that.
