Normally there will be a plug on a wire that goes to the buckle/latch.
Take the bottom of the back seat out and see if you can find it.

Have you tried buckling up the seat belts empty to see if that silences the warning alarms?

Rear seats don't beep. Only visual on the DIC.

Usually only once the seatbelt has been unhooked by a rear passenger.

My VE goes OFF if something is on the rear seat, hence everything except bums go into the boot.
Should mention seats are as new rear and front.

You could buy some of these online off ebay and the like - I use them in mine:

If the only thing that goes in the back is the dog why don't you get a doggie seat belt. Most vet's, pets or $2 shops I've seen have them. Leave it plugged into the buckle and just unhook it from his collar when it's time to get out. I use them and the sensor thinks it's the standard belt instead. Plus keeps Rover to his seat instead of landing in someones lap if the worst was to happen .

They do, mine beeps. One of my passengers in the back once forgot to put their seat belt on, it came up on the display as well as an audible tone.
