Gday everyone am looking at instaling ve seats to my vt ,just wondering if hole positions r standard n just change the rails over to suit any help is appreciated

Probably have to swap the rails, might even have to do a bit more but I'd have no idea. VT-VZ is a straight swap though.

cheers for that but its hard to find some with side air bags thou vt -vz ones

Even if you could get a set of VE seats in, the side air-bags may not be compatible in terms of plug, wiring etc. could confuse the SRS system.

If you need it with side airbags there are heaps of acclaim, berlina and calais seats about.
