Sedan vs Wagon door trims

I'm sure this will be an easy one for someone to answer -
Are door trims interchangeable between VE sedan and wagon?

So, after spending some time on it yesterday, I can confirm that there is no difference between wagon and sedan door trims.
We fitted 2013 VEII SV6 doortrims (from a sedan) into a 2009 VE SV6 wagon and they fit without issue.

Both cars are cloth interior cars, material is the same, with the only difference being (aside from the old ones being in poor condition) -
* lighter grey handle surround on front doors in VEII cars
* Different rear electric window switches in the VEII vs VE.

Can I ask how different those rear switches are? Looking at some Statesman door cards for my S2 wagon, but believe they might be off a S1
