    im goin to replace my coolant temp sensor and sender pretty soon, as well as thermostat as mech reckons this is what is causin my ****e cooling problem. any special way to replace sensors or is it just in and out. also which one is which as there is a big and small one...

    It's the bigger one closer to the DFI module. Preferably use a ring spanner to loosen but a shifter will do at a pinch. Before you fit the new one wrap some teflon or plumbers tape around the thread.....if you haven't any then just instal dry as they usually don't leak. No need to worry about losing coolant as only a tiny amount should be lost.
