hey all... ive been offered an electric window conversion for my series 1 sedan. but the items are currently in a wagon, just wondering if its all the same? will the wagons set up fit into the sedan? i dont really think there is any difference but wanted to make sure before i bought it and ripped the manual set up out of mine to find they are different haha...

    thanks guys

The regulators will fit. The door looms will fit providing the wagon is also series 1.
Do you have the connector for the main switch block already there under the console.
Wagons have a higher level BCM because of the rear wipers.

yes mate it is a series 1 i was sure to ask that question as ive learned from the past when i tried to install series 2 into mine and found the rear plugs were different haha.... and yes mine does have that plug ive connected the main switch up to it before, the relays and fuses are there for the windows which i thought was wierd considering they are manual wind ups... but the guy only wants $150 for the FULL set up, so even if it doesnt work in mine (which id say it would) it still might be worth grabbing...

:beer chug: for the help accentstencil

For that price I would grab them, you should have no problems fitting them.
