Series II VN, just will not start.

i had the same issue,

turned out to be coil packs

the usual reasons for this are

Crank angle sensor
fuel pump
ecu dead
DFI/coil packs

But you've tried all that,
so do a self diag,

get a paper clip, unfold it... and insert one end into the white wire socket thats located in the front passengerside under hte kick panel near the ecu, then connect the other end of hte paper clip to the black wire bridging the white and black, the engine light should now be flashing, it should flash say once, then a break then three times for code 13... tell us if it reports any codes

When i changed my leads once I didnt put the right ones back in the right places, and it done exactly what u mentioned. Got them around the right way and its all good.
