Update time... just because :) so I found my tail shaft Allen key bolts loose so fixed that problem. Had a weld job done, and getting another weld job later.... Funniest thing after 400,000 ks still had the original rotors on the front damn they were warped... so new front rotors and pads.... new spark plugs and leads and still chasing this annoying problem with vibration :( :( :( so tonight I think I may have worked out the last piece to the puzzle mm will see tomorrow. since I did the front brakes, I might as well do the rears Thinking of rust proofing the under body dunno how, but gonna give it a go. then I think I'm gonna quit for a while.... Or take a long break.

Hi Lex
Have a look at the pics of the weld job.... I got it professional done :) one pic you can see the rust nest pic part of the weld job :) it had to have 2 panels welded in this is the underneath one.

Oh and for all those people that said my wrap job wouldn't hold up mmm well it's still there 2 years later so U were wrong. actually looks brand new I'm impressed with that job I did :)

Vibration at speed can be a dry bush

My swaybar D-Bush was dry so going on motorways in Sydney which are uneven and rippled would cause vibration.

Redid the grease and done and no issues now.

Its because when dry they gripped really well and literally added bounce to the suspension.

There is some newer Nothelane D Bushes which in fact have felt like material instead of grease im eyeing out cos grease will always dry out
