Hey every one, was just wondering would it be a good idea to do the whole shaved door handles thing and what work is involved and is there and one in the Newcastle area that can install them?

im in the process of doing this :), bought an old door to figure out how they work, and ive put a popper(bullet shaped valve capon a rod) hanging out th bottom....so push the remote doors unlock and push the popper :) heard you need to get it engineered though...

pretty much push the "popper" from the bottom and it slides up and opens the door instead of lifting a handle you push a rod

Pretty sure to be legal you have to have big stickers saying where the button is to open the door, for emergency purposes..
