It reminds me of something Dirty Harry would do ! Taking a cap in his stride !

I hope the copper that was shot makes a full recovery without any mental scars !

best of luck to the guy, and a speedy recovery.

on a side note, i can't believe they've still got those antiquated revolvers, when the crims have better firepower than the cops somethings wrong.

a wonderful person? who would do anything for anyone? so shooting at police officers just trying to keep everyone safe and putting them in danger is considered a wonderful person? his girlfriends sounds like a ****ing idiot aswell...

usually i dont like hearing of people getting shot but that piece of **** deserves it, should of just stopped and probably would of just got some time or a slap on the wrist like most people who stuff up these days..

hope the officers are alright but, tough job :)

It's beyond me that VIC police are armed with 6 shooters, here in N.S.W Police are armed with Glocks with a 10-15 magazine capacity.
I'm glad the officer will make a full recovery and equally glad that the prick is dead.
Let that be a lesson to all you fools who think it is a good idea to open fire on Police.

We did quite a bit of training with NSW police when they were introducing the glok. We taught them alot of close combat manoeuvres etc. The safety function of the glok holster is great, almost impossible for a criminal to rip out your glok unless they are behind you and withdrawing it. This was back in 1998.
