Anyone reload for .223 have a recipe to use as a starter for AR2209? My cousin want's me to reload for him but I have no experience with a .223
Not sure if 2209 will be too slow for a 55gr projectile, I have tons of the stuff so would be better if it's the same powder as my .243

Sweet. Yeah I use 2209 but that's a 100gr projectile.

At the moment I ultrasonic clean, then dry, then vibrate with corn cob. I would love to tumble with stainless steel media, I see good reviews but so expensive!
