Short tap sound from engine. Video included.

Hey guys,

Need some help figuring out what this sound is. Its only audible when I rev it to a certain low range and let it go in short bursts. I made a video of it to help. Any advice would be very appreciated as its getting serviced in a few days. This is my first holden, so i dont want to be taken for a ride because im a total nub.

I described the sound to an ex-mechanic that I know and he said it could be a lifter. Thanks guys.

it sounds like excess fuel from when you close the throttle being burnt in the cat?

if it was a lash adjuster it would be a constant tick tick tick and increase in speed when revved, from what i can hear in the video its a woosh sound when the throttle is closed and revs decreasing, thats what im hearing anyway

Perhaps some debris inside the
exhaust heat sheilds or the sheilds
vibrating against each other?
