i have ordered some custom made springs for the rear of my non-irs sedan and im wondering what are the SHORTEST pair of shocks to suit my application?..or are all shortened-shocks the same??

and are there any physical diiference in length of the stretched shockie compared to the stock when its stretched out??

custom springs- 3.5" lower from stock height

With my shorter monroe gt gas shocks i noticed they are roughly two inches shorter than the standard shocks so you could assume that would mean that it would be 2 inches shorter at full travel, depends on the internals of the shock.

yeah thats the exact model i have, I bought them off reckless motorsport they are one of the sponsors for JC  I got them for $115 for the rears and i bought fronts as well so postage was $30 to Nth QLD. It was much cheaper than any store like Autobarn, Repco etc up here!

I got the fronts (both) for $220, with most places locally asking 140 each for the front
