Well I've worked all over, but I was a Vehicle spray painter by trade.
I had a car accident, hit my head and had a stroke. Can't see for **** anymore, which makes it hard to do the job.

How did Tony Abott put it? "**** happens"

Erg, I ask questions to clarify it. I knew what he meant, but asked so that there was no confusion.

The good thing about doing a mechanical trade is its pretty easy to branch out to better things
When i finished my mechanical trade I went and worked on trucks and heavy equipment and now i work as a fitter in an underground coal mine working with hydraulics systems. I only work half a year and bring home really good pay.
So if its what you want then do it

ohh hoooo. Tax deductions. Nothing from nothing is still nothing. Centerlink wont help you if you're working a 40hr week. And I can't comment on mature age. (from what I gather, its bugger all better though)

i was getting around $80 a fortnight in my first year from centrelink on top of my wages working 40 hours as an apprentice mechanic.
