It's worth getting a mechanic to look at it.
Utes can get worked hard and still look good, so watch out for hidden suprises.

I said no to the first one I wanted after my spanner man gave it the thumbs down. Bought an identical one a week later and am very happy.
For me the decision was motivated by need (as opposed to want), and utes are just more expensive
