Nahh man looks MUCH smoother without the strips all together. The only reason people just paint them is because they are either too lazy to remove the strips, the paint is different under the strips, or they cant remove the strips, or they just dont care.

can b a hassle to remove sometimes... and they do help protect the doors from scratches from those careless people in parking lots... but up 2 u.. its ur car

And I had more to add to this thread...which is obviously more than you have to add. Keep the thread on topic mate and maybe say something worth saying next time although judging on your previous efforts, that might be a little difficult :)

that looks sweet hey...cheers for the chop, lol yeh would look better lowered hey thats on the 2 do list.

main concern is that the paint mite come off wid the foam tape. coz i did it on my vn and i started pulling paint of and that was being careful.

is there much chance of the paint coming off on the newer cars?
