after discusion and thinking and more disusing, and more thinking and some drinking. it's tiem for this section to close.

come the end of the month the shout out section will be closing. it's a duplicated section on the pub. this is a commodore forum, half of the stuff in this sub forum can be posted in the pub. some will be moved, some wont.

so effective the 1st of feb, the shout out forum will be closed.

I think that's a good move, don't really see the need for shout out myself.
