I bought the rims early in 2010 and had them completely restored
They are Commodore Stud Pattern (VB-VZ)
I dismantled them & had the centres sent away to Power Coating where they sand blasted & powder coated the centres in Brilliant Silver with a Clear Coat over the top
Then the Rims were sent to Metal Polishing where the outter lip was re-rolled to remove the buckles and make them perfectly round again.. then they were polished mirror finish to remove any gutter bash and imperfections the pictures speak for themselves how good the sheen is on the stainless steel!
They were then professionally re-assembled using Zinc Coated Allen Keys and self locking nuts to ensure they would never come loose the whole set up was then balanced and a high grade seal bead was applied around the joints of the rim for added protection
Then i had a set of 225/50 series low profile tires and a white walled applied, then balanced and alligned again
The rims have travelled less than 1000kms since resto & each rim has a brand new simmons centre cap (worth $50 each) tire tread is 99% also comes with 20 Chrome wheel nuts & a special cleaning agent to maintain the white walls
These rims will suit a show car/very fussy street car
