The VY/VZ airbag wont fit to a VT/VX steering wheel, but you can get the VY/VZ wheel on a VX

I was going to suggest the Monaro steering wheel audio controls, but your system is far from standard, how about the cruise control/indicator stalks upgrade to VY/VZ, yeah I know they are little things but it's the little touches that make it great . Another thing the flip lid for the cupholders in console, the Calais has them, BUT you need the whole lower console from the Calais as it has the bottom cut out, or you could butcher your existing console if your game.
