try cleaning yout IAT sensor in the intake tube.
I fiund my car was getting a bit sluggish and changed most things, plug, filters, oils etc to no success
The IAT was covered in **** from im guessing my K&N filter oil. Once cleaned it was a lot more responsive/poky.
