Im happy the HRT cars stayed on the truck, but its a bit of a bad way to start the race weekend. Still the jokes begin ... Ford, cant even stay on a tow truck properly!!!!
aww crap, at least the hrt machines stayed on. thats not something you see every day, on a more negative note, just proves the nig nogs cant drive even over there let alone here
Saw this in the paper this morning and they reckon all cars are damaged and may not be able to race. Yep, even Skaifes and Kellys car, I hope it's all good for the race. Finger crossed.
looks like they will be fine for the race: V8 Supercar News - The Official Website of V8 Supercars Australia
Read on another forum that they are going to send the parts over needed to fix the cars (or replace the parts they'll use from the small supply they have) As in the rules, it states that each team can have certain parts for the race, since it wasn't the race, they'll be sending the parts needed (apparently the circuit has facilities to fix roll cages and panels etc) Only thing is, these parts wont get there until after race 1, so hopefully everything that is damaged can be fixed with what they have with the cars.
** cringes, nothings worse than seeing a chev badge on any holden be it one with a chev motor or not, if its tuff to put chev badges on the v8s, lets all put buick badges on our v6s
