snapped bolt on water pump

    snapped the lower water pump bolt using to much force after using the incorrect bolt, i got to keen.

    tried centre puncher , drill , easy out , multi-grips and chisel .. all failed any other ideas??

    Well sound like the bolted is stuffed. Keep drilling

    Screw remover? Or weld a nut to it and unbolt

    warm the block and bolt (NOT HOT) try some freezer spray on the bolt to try and crack the rust etc, do it a few times then weld a nut onto it and undo

    thanks guys, ill try welding a nut, was so keen to fire it up this weekend.. been working hard on this build.
