Just bog works fine, but as mentioned there is not much meat for the filler to stick. what you need to do is wack around the hole with a hammer so it has a now tapered edge, then fill that.. or if you want to be flash get a local garage or welder to wack a couple of 50cent pieces in there and fill over top.

get a plank of wood and screw that on with wood screws, use that as a spoiler. sounds like the sort of mod that would match the rest of this car...

Never heard of a spoiler coming off on it's own... EVER.

I'm more curious about how a speed bump did it by exerting force on the BOTTOM of the car. Unless he was simultaneously running over an elderly lady and her battered body knocked the spoiler on her way over whilst he hit a speed bump.
