    Model: VT Calais Series 1.
    Year: 1998
    Body: Stock, DIY SS Headlights.
    Color: Bermuda Blue.
    Engine: 3.8 Litre Ecotec Duel Fuel (see below).
    Exhuast: Stock.
    Transmission: Stock 4spd Auto.
    Wheels: 19" TSW Spa's.
    Suspension: Stock Front and Stockish Rear Suspension.
    Interior Mods: Stereo and Cluster.

    Engine:

    Only mod so far is a 12mm Mace Plenum Spacer.

    But i have an Ecotec out of a VX Series II sitting in my shed, which i plan to fully rebuild and do some work to (Possibly Stroke).

    Future Mods:
    New motor (In the works)
    Exhaust
    New interior
    New Suspension
    A Respray
    And probably some other things

    Picked up some Sl's for the front pretty cheap a couple of days ago, put them in yesterday. Lower than i was expecting but looks good.

    I'm getting a fair bit of rubbing from the inside of the guard (directly in front of the wheel) when turning, so im going to cut some of it out soon.

    Just pull the plastic liners out and throw them in the bin like I did. You'll have to cut about half of them away anyway.

    very tidy Calais, those wheels look fantastic on it!
    V6 stroker would be cool.

    you going to do anything about that yellow dash insert? (is it HSV monaro?) looks totally out of place, particularly with the wood grain. haha
