Should have kept the VR mate... the motor (dual mode turbo ?) sounds complicated (read expensive!) a turbo 1.3 L running 9.5 PSI isn't a lightly stressed motor... if it blows up the cost of repairing it will outweigh any fuel saving cost you may make over the VR while it's running... I recond a toyota motor in a Nova... 1.6 EFI (cost $3000 3 yrs ago)... btw is the Starlet 4wd ?

Starlets are FWD.

1990 Toyota Starlet GT, turbo.
cheers for the comments people good and bad, its good to get peoples opinions on it. Yeah pulsar GTir's go off their head, na the starlet would not keep up to them, they have something like 200kw standard and are 4wd with a quad throttle body, they have the SR20det engine the same as 180sx's.

You have to be joking mate...

What a downgrade! Im not one to be rude towards peoples cars, but what the hell... The VR was literally twice the car that POS it is.

100kw and 157NM of torque... from a turbo 1.3L 4 cylinder... Lucky its light :p

yeah it is a bit of a downgrade, thats the whole point petrol was killing the bank account. except its 1990 model and has extras that the Vr never had and it was a 1995 mod. such as power windows cause im a lazy kent.
