My handbrake doesn't feel at all grippy when i park or stop on slopes, feels like it's barely engaged and it's really annoying me. I had a vs ute a couple years ago and the handbrake gripped well enough to not need to park on a slop in 1st or reverse, I want my ve to be like this so will I just need to get the handbrake adjusted?

Yes there is that but the idea of putting in gear on a slope is for backup even handbrakes can fail and the gearbox is there as a backup if it does if your on a hill and it's neutral and the brake fails you can kiss your car goodbye

Even on little slopes it moves back when i push the clutch in. I don't feel safe with it when i need to stop and brake on a hill in traffic, don't want to accidentally back into anyone.

Adjust the cable to start with and see how that goes as far as light clutch u may need a new clutch upgrade

Alright I'll have a look at adjusting the cable. Nah can't be the clutch, car has only got about 450km on it.

450km and handbrake not adjusted correctly?

take it back bud... pre delivery checklist to make sure handbrake engages correctly has been skipped.
if you cant park in neutral with handbrake on and prevent car from moving, that's a pretty serious safety concern.
dont touch nothing, get dealer to adjust.... will take them 2min.
