Sound Dilemma

SUP ALL!!

Got a question about sound and speakers. Heres my dilemma:

I got a vx ss. I'm running a pioneer p7550mp headunit, pioneer splits in the front, stock speakers in the rear doors, and a 10inch kenwood sub in the boot. The splits and sub run off a 4 channel rockford fosgate in the back.
Now i've got either 2 way kenwood speakers or 3 way lanzas that i want to put in the rear parcel tray.
Should i run the splits off the headunit and whatevers at the back off the amp?
Should i run the 3ways in the parcel tray cause the sub is dairly small at 10inches, or should i run the 2 ways?
Should i run whatevers in the parcel tray of the headunit?

Thx in advance.

pst not getting another amp or bigger sub at the moment either

Run the rear speakers from the head unit, leave fronts and sub running from amp.

Ignore that they are 2-way or 3-way, chose the better quality/sounding pair. Cheap 3-ways will sound worse than good 2-ways.
