Sounds like your amp can't draw enough power, does the power on your amp drop when the sounds goes off?

the speakers are pioneer spilts an two way

rms 60 watts, maxx 220 watts

the amp is alpine mrp-f240 4 channel 75x4 watts max

as you were saying before about it maxing out so i think i'll need a bigger amp

you are clipping ur amp.. , when u turn up the gain, the amp doesnt get enough supply from the battery so it goes on protection.

I advise u to change ur battery or get a capacitor before u blow up ur amp or damage ur speakers.

Where are you drawing the power from? Do you have a cable just for the amp straight to the battery?
