Spare wheel replacement

Hi there. Im looking at getting rid of the space saver spare in my VF II ute. Wanted to know if a 17 inch rim and tyre from a VZ will fit?? They came off an Advetura and are 235/45Z in size. Cheers.

VZ rims have a different offset to VE/VF don’t they?

That’s why there’s often VE rims for sale “machined” to suit VN-VZ (I think)

Pre VE rims have a larger size centre bore hence not being suitable for VE VF unless you ran hub rings. That being said the stud size is also smaller pre VE but they may still fit have never tried.
