    Hi all,
Had misfiring issues changed the coil plugs and I Want to change the spark plugs as well. Mechanic who changed them last time said he had put the
'platinum' ones, I pulled the out today and I found the NGK LTR6AP-11 with the pointy centre electrode, not the typical cylindrical one.
Are these platinum for real because I found them on Super Cheap Auto for like $11 each or did I just get ripped off?

Which ones would be good for VZ lpg?

    Cheers

prices change, and mechanics will charge more. platinum are easily distinguishable by the pointy electrode as you saw, and that part number is correct

All Holden VZ are Platinum Plugs, I have direct injected and i use the Bosh ones. When u go to repco or Auto pro or where eva, Never pay full price for parts, ask them if they can do a better price on them. 90% of the time they will always do trade price, or discount it by a little bit.
