Spark Plugs

Hey guys,
I am in the process of changing the spark plugs in my vy v6 ute.
I just wanted to know if it was worth me putting the iridium ones in over the basic ones.
Like do you get better performance or a cleaner burn?
Do you need high performance leads to make a difference?

Waste of time stick with stock. Alloytec mnotors use the iridiums because plug changes are a nightmare.
