yeah ive got the gain etc all set up but ive just thought i could put i bit more effort into the mounting of them. i went to a wreckers and pulled out speaker pods for a vn and it was a bit dodge gettin them into my car. ill re-evaluate that before purchasing anything. thanks for bringing that to my attention. simple mistake overlooked. im good at that

yes, cheap splits have no mid-bass. situation normal!
go to a speciality car audio store, they will have a good enviroment to listen to different speakers.
whats the budget?
