My nugget vp v6 keeps giving me problem after problem! I changed the spark plug, leads, coil pack map sensor and computer, the went fine but rev gauge wasn't working. Switched the coil pack back everything went fine, from the start the middle driver side injector had no pulse, still doesn't, I switched them to bluetops about a month ago. Just took it for a drive and I could hear a tiny splatter, turned it off, then decided to move it in the backyard and it was splattering all over again, quite frankly I'm over the car! Sick of something stuffing up as soon as I fix something. With the injector should I change it? Or the entire rail? Or could it be the wiring loom? For some reason it has VN series 1 wiring loom and just about everywhere is tight like there's no slack, could that have something to do with it? I'm over the car I'm ready to torch the thing!

If you have changed the DFI module, the 3 ignition coils, the plugs and leads, and the ECU, and its still spluttering and running crook, then Id be checking over all the wiring and connectors in the engine bay, and also the wiring that goes to the ECU. Especially check the wiring connector that goes to the DFI module, the pins in this connector can become corroded, and this can cause all sorts off different running problems. If the wiring and connectors are all ok and nice and tight, then Id be looking at fuel side of things. When was the fuel filter last changed? Getting the fuel pressure checked doesnt cost much, it might just be low fuel pressure causing problems. If it is low, it might be the fuel pump is worn out, or maybe the fuel filter is blocked or the fuel line kinked etc.

If there's no injector pulse on one cylinder then start there!

VN fires all the injectors together so the problem has to be between the injector and a splice where the wire for that injector joins the rest. If the terminals are OK, then you'll have to unwrap the wiring harness until you find the break in the wire. It may help to determine if the fault is in the power or earth side i.e. if you have power to the injector, it must be on the earth side, if a test light - < 450mV current draw - pulses when connected between the injector earth and battery Voltage it's the other way around.

Well I'm going to start with changing the wiring loom to proper loom, im going to pick a part shortly to get one. If that doesn't work, I'll try changing that injector. If that doesnt work I'll go to change the fuel pump and filter, and put new hoses in while I'm at it
