Spray paint issues

Am currently spray painting the vy holden a nice new coat to make her look a little nicer, was in the middle of putting on second coat an my spray gun malfunctioned,an couldn't finish roof or add more coats, so is it ok to finish off now or need to sand an add rest of paint,,, I'm not a pro painter just your average joe ,but things work only if you have a go at it!!!!!! Thanks for any help my good Commoradds!!!

Bigger that if you were doing a whole car I wouldn't go for less than a star. You need to key the work if it's sat long enough man.

You definitely want to key it. Of it were me if run an orbital and interface over it wet . If don't have one just a green scotchy to get the paint to re grip the surface.

There is generally a 24 hour recoat on 2 packs. If you've left it a week without sanding it back, it will peel off in sheets over time.
