well depends on the spring and what it was used for.... slightly lowered springs are ok for over 10 years, really low ones seem to sag the quickest but once again it depends on the spring...
new ones are only about $120 a pair...id rather use new ones for peace of mind

If you must have second hand springs, judge them by age, not kilometres.
