I put some masking tape along the bottom of the door. A squeak that had me stumped for 6mths. It must have been the door seal against the door trim. The centre console screws at the front stopped the dash rattle.

There ya go 2 to try for a fix.

    Almost rattle free VN.

mines fairly rattle free, just go through the whole dash and console and tighten up all the screws... and maybe replace the pins in both the front doors that will stop the squeeking.

Found a squeek the other day - look like it was the bonnet latch put some grease on it and it was gone. It sounded like it was comming from the door or from the arial region - but the latch was it.

I don't really suffer from rattles... just deafening road noise. There's stacks of wind shear around all the windows, and all the bottom window seals have fallen into the doors... doesn't help. I'll need to get some new ones.

To fix the window seals I ran some Selleas' All Clear along the hard plastic bit and taped the rubber/felt bit in place. Left it to dry over night and they are still good. (fixed over 12 months ago). This will stop the glass rattle.

U gan probable get some good glue but I just used what I had in the shed.

There's not much behind the gaurd. I took mine off and nothing. It was a loose bonnet catch - a few turns with a spanner and the rattle was gone for a while. Only to return a few months later. Grease on the latch - silence again.
