That is one bad dry bearing man that was worse than mine, just buy all 3 pulleys if the tensioner been replaced if not get 4 just remember the tensioner is left hand thread the rest right hand, degreaser is bad on bearings should only be sprayed on and non- moving part. The plastic pulley is the one with the ribbed spokes.

Or you could try putting a wire brush carefully to each pulley with engine running could have glaze from belt slipping on one of them

don't be toss pot go out there with a wire brush and carefully and firmly place it in the middle of the exposed part of each pulley ...starting with the aircon condenser because I can see a black strip in video on it

Get some wd-40 or similar and spray each pully around the bearing while running if it sounds better then its that pully. If it does nothing then remove belt and test the waster pump by spinning it and wiggling it looking for a bad bearing.

Still believe its that plastic pulley, the belt is probably rubbing on the side of it.

u obviously dont wanna touch it and need a good mechanic near you

im not on fb but when i used to be there was a commodores "group" which i miss but they could direct you to someone good in your area

or ask on reddit, if theres a melbourne page

no one here seems to wanna give u a tip on who you can go see

just drive into a nice looking quiet place and show them, avoid the big companies that will rip u off

just ask for a quote, ask a few joints for a quote...easy

i reckon pwr steering pump squeeling if not the alternator

go back there and ask him to do it for you

its 2 steps pull down tensioner bolt to loosen belt, slip belt off that pulley, undo pulley bolt and swap pulleys done. reverse these steps.

put the task on gumtree, say what you need done, offer $30 for someone to come do it

unless your changing the whole tensioner? or just the pulley?

Just the pulley as he reckon thats the one trnsioner is new and pretty sure the pulley was changed at that time when tensioner was chaged but he reckons dust might have gone thru

ok so learn how to remove the belt it is super easy, google how to remove vy commodore belt, i think its a 15mm ring spanner

then change the pulley with another spanner, so easy skp.
