Interesting that the 2 1/2" catback with 1 3/4" extractors ran the same kW as the 3" catback with the same extractors.

you could maybe get away without a tune....maybe..
but just get one its worth it... You'll most defenently be running lean without a tune..

Hey guys, sorry just a virgin at this site, please be gentle. I read the first few pages and last few on this thread. I have an ssv Wagon, and looking to get an exhaust system. Not sure if its been mentioned, but being a wagon and an auto, is it difficult to not get drone? if anyone has one, what would they recommend I do? and where to go in Melbourne to get one.

    Thanks

i dont think its a brand issue woggy :p u only have half car so less exhaust is under ur cabin :p

thats why he is asking bout his wagon, they r renowned for having more likelihood of drone :)

BlueSteele, ithink someone said in a thread not too long ago that they got their wagon dynamatted? to muffle the drone, i cant remember who said it though :/

I have an Xforce, awesome exhaust for utes.
For a wagon, from everything I have learnt I'd recommend KPM if you have the coin.

I have a 2.5" KPM in my wagon no drone what so ever. Awesome exhaust but you do pay for it.

My wagon is a manual though.
