umm i believe sv6's have finished.. but if i end up making more you will be first to know

What's the verdict on the keyrings? Production a yes or no

at the moment its in the thinking stage.. due to having to cut it out of metal.. got the figure out how it can be done without the cut out moving around and ruining the conclusions of the cut.. once i clamp down the metal plate.. what can i use to stop the cut out moving when they are being cut

hmm, I don't profess to know everything, but what if the cut does not completely cut at the furtherest points of the diagram which will allow for a large sheet of metal to be used (cutting like 30 keyrings in one template at a time). Once the design has finished you need to manually cut the small end and polish for the finished job?

I could be completely out of my league here (and probably am, please don't take offence to my post). You guys I am sure know what your doing..

yeah mate thats the plan .. its called lugging.. basically divide the outside eadge into 3 or 4 parts.

eg- cut leave 2mm cut again

and when complete hacksaw it them apart and clean
