SS to SSV interior swap

Hi just having a few issues with a interior swap. Have a SS series 1 trying to swap interior to SSV series 2. I know I need a wire harness for the stereo and a gps antenna. Problem is the wires on both sides of the centre console do not match. The SSV console has a USB plug inside as well. How can I fix this?
