    hi all
    sorry to seem vague, im new :/

    I have a vt commodore, which im about to dismantle, and it has vz ss 17" wheels on it ? ( i think? )

    Ive been told that I can sell them to a tyre place, they are in good condition, about 12 months old - how much should I be asking for them? Im not really sure?

    Does anyone know any commodore wreckers or similar that buy parts?

    any info would be appreciated - thanks :)

    where are you from?
    the tyre factory took my vx ss rims and tyres for 800

    soo since thyre vz ss's
    id say anywhere in the region of 1000-1500 with decent tread tires would be pretty acceptable.
    if they are what you say they are.

    duno about that id say about the same.
    what are the tyres like?
    mine were brand new, and the tyres alone were worth more then the 800 i got but they came with the car so i didnt mind

    without tyres...

    the tyres were no good, i could source some roadworthy tyres to put on them, would it be worth it ?

    probly not worth it if your gona buy the tyres.
    id say you'll get about 400 on there own
