I am very soon (when parts arive) going to be installin the crow cam stage 3 kit into my vr 5speed V6. was just wonderin if there are any problems or lil things people who have already done this have come across? and also what sorta gains are there? im not expectin that much, my car already has, pacemaker extractors, 2.5" exhaust and cai. also have new rings and big end bearings ive had for a lil while to chuck in thought i might as well while im that far apart.

make sure you time the cam properly. longer duration cam will also want more compresion, have you had any head work done, you'll definitly get better results with a little more compresion, the cam manufacturer will specify the minimum (and maximum) compression needed to make the cam work properly
