Is the power cable to starter motor replaceable or is it part of the harness?

Nope but starter cable from an auto electrician or the original cable from a wreck will suffice.

No worries, thanks for the advise bud. Will go to auto electrician, going to replace with new to make sure that it isn't perished. Saves replacing again in the near future
